Setting Up Your Mailbox
Call Forward Busy Activation
Dial *90
After you hear the second dial tone, dial _ _ _-1234. (Insert your exchange prefix). You will receive an instructional message from the voice mail, stepping you through how to set up your mailbox.
Deactivate: Dial *91. Listen for confirmation tone.
Call Forward No Answer Activation:
Dial *92
After you hear the second dial tone, dial the number of rings (2-9), followed by your exchange prefix and 1234. Hang up when voice mail recording answers.
Deactivate: Dial *93.
Listen for confirmation tone.
Recording a Greeting
To record a greeting, first access your mailbox using the instructions listed.
Dial 9 to select mailbox setup.
Dial 1 to record a greeting.
Dial 4 to start recording.
Dial # to end recording.
Dial 1 to play the greeting you recorded.
Dial 4 to rerecord, then dial # to end the recording.
Dial 3 to delete the greeting.
Dial 2 or * to keep your greeting and return to mailbox setup.
Creating or Changing Your Password
To create or change your password, first access your mailbox using instructions listed.
Dial 9 to select mailbox setup.
Dial 2 to create or change your password.
Enter your password, then press #.
Enter the same password again, then press #. |

Accessing Your Mailbox
Dial _ _ _-1234. (Insert your exchange prefix).
Follow this with instructions below if applicable.
From another phone with your password:
Dial your mailbox number (phone number).
Dial #
Dial your password.
Dial #
Playing Your Messages
To play your messages, first access your mailbox using instructions listed.
Your messages may play automatically.
Dial 1 to select message retrieval if your messages don't play automatically.
Dial 1 to replay the message.
Dial 2 to keep the message.
Dial 3 to delete the message.
Dial 4 to save the message.
Dial * to return to main menu.
At any time while playing a message, you can perform these actions:
Dial 7 to skip back.
Dial 8 to pause; to continue, dial 8 again.
Dial 9 to skip forward.
Dial 54 to decrease volume.
Dial 56 to increase volume.
